Ruth Russell Daugherty, daughter of Charles Russell and Harriet (Hattie) Call of Hammondsville, Ohio died on 21Nov1999 after several days illness following a heart attack.
She was the great-grandaughter of William and Harriet Saltsman Russell. Ruth is survived by her daughter, Norma Daugherty Walters and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Daugherty and also her son, Russell. Ruth had been living in Steubenville, Ohio. Visitation will be Tuesday, 23Nov1999, at Clarke Funeral Home in Toronto, OH. Hours are 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral will be Wednesday at 1:30 p.m.
